Lebec is an unincorporated area in Kern County, California. It is one of the Mountain Communities of the Tejon Pass, and the home of the Tejon Ranch Company. Lebec is 40 miles (64 km) south of Bakersfield The population was 1,224 at the 2000 census.

What is utilities law?
